About This Coffee

This supremely sweet coffee from Boqueroncito farm is versatile and delicious. The dry grounds have hints of loose-leaf tea atop caramel and brown sugar. While the brewed it brings on hefty caramel cookie-like sweetness, and elements of fresh baked sweet rolls with raisins.

Boqueroncito is in the northern reaches of the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, right at the border of Chiapas Mexico. It is under the care of the Villatoro family, with Aurelio Villatoro overseeing the wet mill, and Antonio, his nephew, specifically looking after these two farms.

This is a superb drinking coffee and can make for a great espresso with the right treatment.
